ATTENTION:
If you have any previous version of CorelDRAW® or DRAWings® in your system, you will have to uninstall them before the installation of CorelDRAW® 12.
Before starting to install this software, please review DRAWings® hardware requirement specifications to ensure your PC is compatible. |

| Step 1: Install CorelDRAW® 12 |
| Install the CorelDRAW® 12 from the COREL® CD 1. If you already have CorelDRAW® 12 installed in your computer, you may skip this step. |

| Step 2: Install DirectX 9 |
| In order for DRAWings® to display 3D stitch views properly, your computer requires an updated graphic card which will support a 3D AGP accelerator with DirectX 9 compatible drivers, 64MB RAM or higher. If your PC already has DirectX 9 installed, you may skip this step. |
| To install DirectX 9 from the following link, you may select to "save" it to your computer, and then install, or you may select "Open" to install it directly from the CD. |

| Step 3: Install DRAWings® |
| After all the above installations are completed successfully, insert the DRAWings® software CD into your CDROM, follow the install wizard to finish the installation. Please be sure the security key is not plugged into your PC USB port untill after DRAWings® software installation is completed. |
| If you encounter problems to install DRAWings® from your software CD, please download the software package from the following link to your PC harddisk eg. C:\My Document, unzip the package, then click "Setup.exe" to start installation. |

After DRAWings® software installation is complete, plug the key into one of the USB ports on computer. Windows should automatically detect the hardware and install its Driver.
For Windows XP users, this message will pop up in the bottom right corner: "Hardware found_CBUSB ver1.3". During the driver installation, the following window will pop up: |

| Click "Continue Anyway" to finish the driver installation. |
